Research & Analysis Philosophy
I don’t have one — by which I mean, I am concerned with the success of the project, not with the use of a particular workflow to deliver the end result.
Having said that, I always suggest that the basic methodological framework include the following elements:
Accurately define the goal of the project so that the correct strategy and relevant tactics can be identified.
Plan, plan and plan some more until all aspects of the project deliverables are agreed upon and understood.
Heavy stakeholder involvement at the beginning & the end, and “light touch” oversight in between.
